Withdrawal Policy

All students enrolled in a study abroad program are responsible for the withdrawal policies outlined below:

Tuition and program fee refunds for all PLNU approved study abroad programs will be processed according to the refund policies of the host institution/partner/affiliate. Refunds are issued only on recoverable costs and only after written notice of withdrawal from the program is received in the PLNU Study Abroad Office. Students are responsible for all non-recoverable costs incurred by PLNU on their behalf.

In the event of a medical-related withdrawal, please provide PLNU Study Abroad with written medical professional documentation of the condition as this may contribute to your recovering of some expense or future credit with providers.
