Held every weekday at noon in the Study Abroad Office (Student Life & Formation Office - Nicholson Commons 3rd Floor), these workshops are the first stop in the study abroad process. They will help you learn more about the application process, selecting a program, course approvals, finances and answer any additional questions you may have.
Submit a PLNU online application for your program
- Complete all initial application checkboxes
- Deadlines to apply to PLNU are:
- October 15 for spring
- March 15 for summer and fall
Next, submit a separate application to your chosen study abroad program*
*specific deadlines vary by program, please be sure to contact your program for exact deadlines
Once you complete the "Pre-Decision" phase and are accepted to your program, there is a "Post-Decision" phase which has additional steps to complete:
- Attend mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation Meeting
- Complete all additional PLNU application checkbox items
- Deadlines for PLNU Post-Decision phase materials are:
- December 1 for spring
- May 1 for summer and fall
- Deadlines for PLNU Post-Decision phase materials are:
- Obtain visa (as applicable)
